For over 15 years I have worked in professional hair removal — including alongside some of the largest providers in the market. I studied their techniques, their systems, and most importantly, how clients felt during their sessions.
What I realized: waxing should not feel rushed, traumatic, or embarrassing. It should feel controlled, safe, and empowering.
